The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is making a major change to its Special Focus Facilities program, which will strengthen oversight of some of the nation’s worst-performing nursing homes.
Martin J. Solomon is a principal at Solomon & Relihan PC and has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 1970.
